Park City Utah Snowcat Skiing

Park City Powder Cats operates just minutes away from Park City at the privately owned Thousand Peaks Ranch.

The Uinta Mountains is the largest range in North America that runs East and West. The weather patterns always seem to fill our 42,000 acres of incredible terrain with fresh Utah powder. We average 8-12 runs each day on our Snowcat skiing tours, depending on snow conditions and group ability. Runs are in beautiful open bowls, gladed trees, and chutes.

The advantage of snowcat skiing is that on inclement days we can still operate, and on these special days we get some of our deepest powder skiing. With the Unita Mountains averaging 400" of snow every year and temperatures usually a moderate 20-30 F we have an abundance of bright, sunny bluebird days.
